Steph’s Strawberries and Pink Peppercorns

 Description:

Fresh and Delicious smoked brie with sweet strawberries and pink peppercorns.

 

Ingredients:

1 large wheel of double cream brie
8 strawberries, cut into 1/4” slices
1 tsp. crushed black peppercorns
1 baguette, cut into 1/2” slices
1 tsp. whole pink peppercorns

Directions:

1.  Place brie on an oven-safe plate, and arrange sliced strawberries on top of Brie in a decorative fashion.

2.  Sprinkle with black peppercorns and place in smoker set at 220º for 20-30 minutes using maple wood.

3.  Remove brie when cheese becomes soft and gooey.

4.  Sprinkle with pink peppercorns and serve with sliced baguette.
